I just came back from my training few a hrs ago, Can;t really go to sleep because i have my "very late" dinner, afraid of gaining more weight, therefore i've to wait for 3 more hrs to slp, my brain could'nt function that much arldy, especially this hour, so i spend the time to do blogging and listen to some japanese songs with gentle tunes.

mum and i went out for wet market before i go for my taekwondo training at noon, we also pass by Pharmancy accidently saw a weighting Scale , persuading my mum to buy one and replace the old one that i fail to "operate" it when it's not functioning, hence we manage to buy one, so everyine of us giv it a try on the weighting scale, guess what ? i was so shock when i withness my weight , i lost 1 more kg again this week , i don't know whether i sld be happy or not, it might be because i've been very stress these certain weeks as assignment are coming after one by one, or my healthy diet works, not very sure anyway. i only know that the problem lies within my bones not the fats, it seems that my bones weight almost 87% of overall so can't do nothing much abt it unless i grow shorter ?

i think maybe i've lost a little weight these weeks , my taekwondo uniform seems a little too big for me , so when i wear it this evening , the uniform make me looks like a gorilla , and a little uneasy to stretch my leg as high as possible, maybe i should grow muscular a bit more so that the clothes fits me b

Additionally, i deleted all the archieve , find it quite troublesome and irritated and i don't want to rewind those memories that i hated
